I recently stayed at Lofoten A Hi in A and had a fantastic experience. I was the only guest during off-season, so I had all the facilities to myself. The rooms and facilities are spacious and super clean. The location is amazing, with wonderful views and a lovely house. The owner is sweet, even giving me a lift to the grocery shop and sharing interesting stories.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I recently stayed at Lofoten A Hi in the village of A for a few nights in mid-September. The historic building added charm to the hostel. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated three people, and the shower area and communal bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Free parking was easily available, and there were two nearby options for meals/snacks. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the practice of making our own beds with provided linens. it was a great option for solo travelers, with affordable prices and easy accessibility to various destinations in Lofoten.
I do recommend this hostel.

We had a lovely stay at Lofoten A Hi Hostel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and with a beautiful view of the water. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, making meal preparation easy. Despite some minor inconveniences like a slow stove top and creaky beds, we found our overall experience to be enjoyable. We would recommend this hostel for its great location, cleanliness, and beautiful views. it was a good value for the price.

Mind-blowing location right on the water, jaw-droppingly close to the ferry, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Super comfortable beds, spotlessly clean facilities, and a fully equipped shared kitchen. The contactless check-in was a breeze, and the helpful trip tips in the hall were inspiring. AMAZING!

The location of this hostel was incredible, with stunning views of the marina. It was conveniently close to the Moskenes ferry drop off point, making it easy to access. The rooms were spacious and faced the water, offering a beautiful view of the town. The bathrooms and showers were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay at this hostel. First, the stove top in the kitchen didn't work well, which made heating up food a tedious task.

I recently stayed at Lofoten A Hi in A for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. The wooden old house was really clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. I loved the cozy atmosphere with candles on the small table in my room. The kitchen and two bathrooms were a great convenience and there were separate toilets as well. Being there in February meant it was really quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area with its red houses offered great photo opportunities. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the country and location. I would definitely recommend Lofoten A Hi to anyone seeking a unique and enjoyable stay in A.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lofoten A Hi during my recent trip and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to public transportation. The manager, Per, and Ludwig from the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hostel was impeccable, from the cozy and well-appointed rooms to the shared facilities. Despite the small size of my room, it offered a cozy atmosphere with a wonderful view. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and having two toilets and two showers on the floor was a convenient bonus. Considering the prices in Norway, Lofoten A Hi offered great value for money. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A fantastic little hostel! The Hemmingrad house is a charming, historical building with a warm home feeling. The common kitchen is spacious and great for preparing food. The cozy living room and dining areas provide a comfortable space to relax and socialize. The terrace outside is perfect for enjoying dinner in the evening sun. The toilets and showers are clean, and there's no need to wait as the hostel never feels crowded. The hot water tokens provided are sufficient for a nice hot shower. an amazing hostel that I highly recommend.
Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing too much trouble.

The mattresses provided are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. The host is friendly and accommodating, even offering a lift to the grocery store. the hostel is very clean, providing a pleasant environment for guests to enjoy.
It is worth noting that the shared kitchen is quite small and the stove may not work perfectly.
